Proximity. Not that I go to fast food a lot… but I am often on the road and barely have enough time to make sure I didn’t forget my laptop inbetween client visits that it’s often 3pm and I haven’t eaten and thing and being hangry with the guy who handles the Ikea account is not going to fly. I learned long ago… I need to FEED myself. So it doesn’t happen often… but I know if push come to shove, I can put in an order for nuggies in the app and swing by and it’s be ready, well packaged and easy to eat in the C-Max.
We are seeing this in other industries as well… our stagnant wage lifestyle subsidy is OVER.
Fun with apps. It’s always interesting when you come across these bizarre pricing mistakes in the app. Like Burger King near me if I add tomatoes to a burger, it’s 50¢ but if I add EXTRA tomato it’s 10¢. Hmm.
Well, look at this from the same company. Popeyes. Look at the pricing on these three 12 piece wing options.
Whenever I customize a Big Mac with additional patties, I always add the one slice of cheese they will let you add, and whomever cooks them knows to put it on the upper half lol!
(Also I get extra pickles, extra onions, extra lettuce)
3x Onion on the Double double. I’m def doing that again! raw, whole grilled and grilled. IIRC they put the raw on the bottom, whole grilled in the middle and grilled on top -pretty good.
Boy those half strips of bacon sure are bargain. Now this McDonald’s has priced their french fries like half the price of other locations, but boy do they make it up in other ways. I meant to screenshot the $3 Hashbrown.
