I had a slice of their banana cream pie today - delicious! The crust was especially flaky.
I have yet to consume the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. It looks just like I prefer - flat and crispy.
$9 a slice pie
$4 for the cookie
side note but does anybody bake from her cookbook? I failed so badly on ricotta biscuits I wanted to cry

I’ve only done the biscuits once and it is harder than it seems. Most of the cakes have turned out great for me.

I’ve had great luck with the galettes. But woof the biscuits were a mess
