THANK GOD!! All parts of a duck are delicious, and IMO it’s fine to ban cruel or unsustainable practices, but it goes too far when banning actual products outright. Now let’s get some sustainably-sourced shark’s fins back on menus…

It is possible to sustainably (protect habitat, enviornment & breeding) and humanely (non-cruel treatment of animal) source foie gras. But how would one sustainably & humanely-source shark fins? Real question.
