How would you rate versus other restaurants with a similar menu?
closest menu is probably dtf? it’s better than dtf.
top 3 worst take. our friendship is now ruined
Haha. I was thinking like Mama Lu or 101 Noodle.
it’s definitely more mama lu than it is DTF.
The small amount of dishes Good Alley does that DTF has, are like the TEMU version of DTF with extra sugar - ala mainland style
what is TEMU?
I think I have mentioned this here before but GA has the greatest To-Go or leftover packaging I have ever come across in a Chinese restaurant. Really sturdy stuff.
I have tried a lot of the menu but, strangely, not the big plate chix.
Clayfu won’t eat four of the seven dishes in PorkyBelly’s report, no?
Meaning you like dtf way more?
He only ordered two dishes that are at DTF
just had it again yesterday, but my kids left pile of meat on the plate bc it’s minced beef and not formed into a patty. they had to pick it up with afterwards… i’m not saying the should form patty but wondering if there’s way for the chefs to keep same flavor profile but avoid this problem? I don’t think texturally it’s a deal breaker to keep it minced in cubes.
I guess everything old is new again

yeah this stuff is everywhere - not sure why it’s being hailed as something new ha.
