JThur01 mentioned it in his Eater SGV update and I tweeted about the fish cheung fun, but that’s all i’ve seen.

Should we put this place on death watch?

That location has served as the funeral site for China Mandarin, Boiling Lobster and most recently Fotile all within the last 5 years.


On the other hand, China Mandarin lasted like 15 or 20 years so it’s not uniformly bad news. Then again, 310 Kitchen lasting just a few months (or was it weeks) after Fotile was pretty bad news.
