Nope, it’s Penzy’s Italian Dressing base to which you add oil and vinegar. I also add some additional salt, pepper and granulated garlic and granulated onion. I used white wine vinegar and avocado oil for this batch.

Here’s my first try a couple days ago. I figured if those old gold miners up in the Yukon could produce a respecatble loaf without modern conveniences, perhaps I could too It worked! I did and it tastes good. I’m sure yours will be equally successful.
