We’re heading to Houston in April and will be there for about 4 days. Where should we eat?
I would love to try Houston specialties. Steak/beef will be high on our list of things to try because it is cattle country. I don’t know what else there is in Houston except Vietnamese food, but I’ve been going to Little Saigon in LA/OC and eating Mom’s food all my life, so that’s something that can be skipped.
We eat all cuisines. Would like to consider all budget types because it’s our first time.

If you are looking for beer spots Petrol Station and Hay Merchant both had great selections and have good food.
The steak night at Hay Merchant was a really good deal.
