Shockingly and very strangely Woodshop, probably 1st or 2nd best craft beer gathering has chosen this place to provide food? Complete palate blasting while sampling some of the best beer in the world? Making no sense.

Yeah. I like beer with spicy food, but not when I’m trying to get the full range of flavor from the beer.
That said, country spice level would make a great pairing.

Okay, medium spice level at HR is hot! Not you need to wear the gloves hot, but hot.

1/4 of Country Level (southern fried chicken, no heat)
