The last 2 pop-up dinners were so immensely popular that they were fully booked in an hour or less. He posted it on his IG stories and as quickly as it was there…it was gone. Dinner is $75 and includes 2 proteins and 4 sides served family style.
Currently taking IG reservations for dinner Sunday, January 5th. Get to it before it sells out. They announced it 25 minutes ago on their IG Stories feed.

I wish I’d managed to get to LA today.
Got a half-pound of each the Basturma Brisket ($13) and the Aleppo Pepper something Pork Ribs ($12) at the Bandini pop-up last night.
I definitely should have gotten some hummus and bread (also available) to balance the richness.
I was starving and didn’t have my critical hat on, so no notes. I just enjoyed the meat. It was good.

I had the Aleppo and hibiscus something ribs as well + tarshi and mustard. Also not pictured an order of falafel and a scoop of hummus they were cool enough to give me on the side.
