Not a fan of Impossible/Beyond it reads like a science experiment. I do appreciate places that make their own veg patty. I do like Burgerlords but I haven’t tried the others listed in the article.
beyond burgers are delicious! haven’t tried impossible burgers yet, but when I go out I still prefer a regular burger. at home though the beyond hits the spot.
I understand why veggie burger/patties are useful to decrease our meat consumption (which is way too high) but there are so many “old fashioned” ways to make such patties with different grains, vegetables or legumes and Beyond and Impossible are so artificial that it is defeats a bit the purpose.
still a delicious burger (beyond). the healthiness of it or not Im not sure, but it tastes great.
