Besides BBQing in ones own backyard, what’s the go to Hot Dog, Hamburger, BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken venues to celebrate our independence today. It can be one place that does it all or a procession of noteworthy restaurants from lunch to dinner. I plan to culminate the celebration with the free fireworks at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Need to finish eating and arrive at the Coliseum before 7:30pm to secure parking and spaces for a few lawn chair.

My Independence day favorites involve any place where I don’t have to get dressed up and I can enjoy a fireworks show with a nice cold cocktail. We usually spend the day at a family member’s house where the buffet is plentiful. I helped consume 4-5 bottles of wine yesterday…there was nice selection of food…we launched some fireworks. It was an excellent day.
