Is Costco Chicken Healthy?

Yes. No. Maybe so. https://www.quora.com/Is-Costco-rotisserie-chicken-healthy

To me it tastes strange. I don’t know why they add modified food starch, potato dextrin, carrageenan, sugar, and dextrose.

Are any of those preservatives? Help with browning?

They’re all listed under “seasonings” and the label says no preservatives.

Agreed. I don’t care for it at all, and the added crap is completely unnecessary.

The only thing Costco chicken has going for it is it’s incredibly low price point.

Yes, in moderation and if you skip the skin.
