Because it’s stuffed with duck confit and mushroom filling, and then topped off with taleggio.
Reminds me simultaneously of a Luther Burger and a mutated Chicken Pot Pie, er, Duck Pot Pie.
The BELT we tried was also quite good, with candied bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato.
