Jun Won. Unassuming place specializing in home-style seafood. Black cod “steamed” (actually simmered) with daikon was great. As I was leaving the staff was eating grilled mackerel with kimchi jigae, that also looked great.
The raw sea snail salad at OB Bear nearby is really good, not as challenging as it might sound. Goes great with beer.
