LA "ghost kitchens"

Are any of these not-restaurants good?

I know someone who consulted with one of these businesses on the data end of things; they said, based on the conversations, food quality seemed incidental to scalability. Basically making sure there was a sandwich place, desserts, bowls, etc. to cover all bases - like a mall food court.

But that was a couple years ago.

I’d think some of the existing restaurants using these as a way to expand might have decent food.

Edited to Add: If the Dog Haus menu pricing is current, items are about $2 cheaper than through Kitchen United.
