Stinks it had to come to that, and I wish people would start respecting the health and needs of OTHER people. Bleh. I donât blame Hugoâs at all. I saw the crowds a few wks ago, and it just didnât seem safe.
My understanding is that their sit-down restaurant is still doing take out.

Went to Del Amo Torrance Sunday and enjoyed a late lunch at Mitsuwa Market Food Court. I ordered my favorite Shio Ramen at Santouka, and my wife a deep fried chicken Katsu curry from Sutadonya. We were able to eat in their outside courtyard. We both enjoyed the Chicken Katsu, but found the pieces rather dark, indicating old oil. Afterward we enjoyed frozen mochi cream at J-Sweet. Looking forward to the openings of the new restaurants, MODO and Mugi Mori.
