I guess I forgot to post about this when I went in early January. Great new-to-me tapas place in Napa.
Nice spread of pickled and smoked fish.
Lamb tartare, as good as I’ve had from Chris Cosentino. My friend liked the blobs but I thought they were beside the point.
Crisp pig ears, best I’ve had, perfect balance of crunchy and juicy, great tart dressing to balance the fattiness.
Morcilla was excellent though not photogenic.
Great wines by the glass, fair prices, mellow atmosphere, great music (not loud). This will be a must stop for me every time I’m picking up wine around the corner at Outland.
