Don’t be fooled by the generic menu. Dinner at the 1847 Bar & Grill at the Boulder Falls Inn Best Western Premier was well executed and delicious. Salmon cakes, duck tostada, rockfish, pork chop and warm chocolate cake and goat cheesecake both with blackberries also pretty good. An oasis in a food desert. Don’t forget to check out the charming Japanese garden and the ponds full of koi.
Also recommend Mugs Coffee House. Excellent coffee, breakfast and sandwiches all made with care and thoughtful ingredients.
