I went to Island to Table - Jamaican Patty Hut food truck on Sunday. It was my first time, so I tried the 6 patties for $26, and then added a $3 slice of banana walnut cake.
The patties were all good, and the absolute standout was the chicken curry. The others I wouldn’t return for. The cake will probably get eaten today as some kind of breakfast whilst working.
On another note, I started following Largwa hoping to hook into one of her bake sales. The cookies look damn good, and every once in a while she runs a special with some of her proceeds going to a local BLM activist who distributes water, some sustenance, and PPE at marches/rallies.
