It’s an interesting business model. They have only that very short selection of things by the glass. If you want something else, you go to the store in back and talk with the wine buyer.

I’m really picky about prawns, these were tasty though I’d have preferred the whole shell…
Bucatini? cacio e pepe, good flavor though more of a sauce than the traditional sticky coating.
