Lunch between the Bay Area and Pismo Beach

So I’m road-tripping tomorrow and need a lunch stop somewhere in between. I’d love someplace that’s healthy–salads ideally since I really need to ease into a diet (even if I’m on vacation). I haven’t driven 101 that far south in years–I usually take I-5 all the way down to LA.

Is there any hope for me or should I just pack a lunch and find a parking lot somewhere to eat? I don’t recall there being any rest stops on 101 like there are on 5.

That started out as a question about 101 but people kept posting about 1, so I changed the title.

Thanks but I didn’t find anything on that thread. I’ll check Google maps again, and just may pack a lunch.
