We stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. It had some delicious beef tendon!! And good tripe. The pig ear was fine. We got an interesting taro dim sum and a pork dumpling, which looked a bit more like a taco than a dumpling but was very good. Very glad to find something so good in Irvine! We will be back!
