Majordomo is switching to another caviar provider that’s a bit more budget friendly. By the end of this week they should be converting over. So the caviar option will no longer be Astrea.
We enjoyed our time working with the staff and thanks to them it’s opened doors to other restaurants in their portfolio. We always want to work with local restaurants, especially ones I enjoy going to and eating at, but such are market dynamics.
So uh - if you order the caviar service anytime soon, it won’t be paying for my daughter’s boba add ons.

I think these collabs is one of the coolest things in the modern current food scene. I wish it happens more often.
Maybe Chinese New Year we will get to see a Needle x PRD? Funny I was on my way to Amoeba driving on Sunset and I swear I saw Chef Johnny going into Needle! Lol
