Can’t say I’m surprised. Had a very weird dinner here a few weeks ago. Food was mostly on point; service was utterly bizarre.
The highlight (lowlight) of the night was water service shortly after being seated. The guy walked over and poured the water like he was dumping out a bottle into a bush. Water spilling all over the table, glug glug glug. And then he……just walked away. 50% of the table was covered in water. Just….what??
They also made a point of informing me that the soufflé takes time and needs to be ordered ahead, so I did just that. Then they promptly served my soufflé to another table, so we waited an extra 30 min after entrees while they made a fresh one that was unsurprisingly rushed to the table undercooked.
Nice space, good to great food, but the service was beyond amateur hour.
