Does ipse choose really obscure places? I’ve never really taken a hard look at those threads I just saw that he/she did it over at hungry onion and it seems like a fun game for us nerds
I’m not as well-versed on places as many on this board (or HO), but, IMHO, they were totally obscure, and I think ipse even mentioned that he wouldn’t recommend the food at some (all?) of them.

I had their pizza when they were doing the pandemic popup, but haven’t had it since they moved into their brink n mortar. It was my favorite of the deep dishes that I have tried.
