Lolll no as in a bakery
Oooooh Tartine?
Ding ding ding, correct. Tartine sycamore to be exact, donât know if they ever were able to get the pizzeria bianco concept next door off the ground.
I donât see any pizza on their website.
This one might be tough if you arenât familiar with the spot, but someone who recognizes the style will probably get it quickly.
786 degrees
Sadly they mustâve gotten rid of it canât find it on their menu either. It was actually quite tasty and like only 14 dollars for that pie. I know for awhile they were working with the pizzeria bianco guy to open the full service restaurant next door. Donât know what happened to that or if they ever ended up opening a full service restaurant on the right side of their space.
Yup! Well, technically Sapori the Pasadena outlet but yup!
Joeâs?
As such, I really should have spent more time on branding.
Should have come up with a cool name, like Pie-le or Slice-le.
Should have invented cool triangular or ovoid graphics:
And definitely should have sold it to NY Times (or even @Nemroz ) for low 7 figures!
little coyote?
No.
Robertaâs?
No.
Hint: Pizza doesnât get a whole lotta love on this board (although I quite liked it) but another item on the menu has several fans among FTC vegetarians.
Milo & Olive?
Lol sorry not Joeâs
No.
Another hint: this pie does have a similar flavor profile to a Robertaâs favorite.
