Me too! Costco size oil is just a bit too big for my needs. I shop at both regularly and it’s easy for me to compare and get what works.
I like peanut oil for the Chinese ginger scallion sauce too. Other types of oil don’t work as well.

I get the Global Lion brand at 99 Ranch. Value used to be higher, but I’ve grown so accustomed to its flavor that I’m okay with the price increase.
Will try Smart and Final and compare. It’s certainly easier for me to get to.
