Thats too bad. We always eat there and not to go but that shouldn’t really impact the flavors.

The chicken on your plate looks a little sad. Usually you get some nice charred outside pieces. That almost just looks like pan fried chicken.

Cento Pasta Bar
All the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente. Overall today’s choices of pastas were a little underwhelming.

Good but overwhelming, I wasn’t able to finish this.

Pumpkin cappellacci with brown butter
This was my favorite of they day

Also got the lamb ragu gnocchi (forgot to take a pic), which I found too gamy.

They are all kinda the same to me. I would like a little more wok breath but that is the case for a lot of wok fried noodles. Still tasty though.

I am going to try Uncle Fung this weekend.

That’s Robuchon au Dome in Macau. You can get something very similar in Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas.
