Charlestons - reminds me of a hybrid Houstons/BJs in California - not a bad thing…kudos for 1) being across the street from my hotel and user- friendly after 13 hours at a horseshow, 2) having my go-to FrenchChapoutier Belluruche rose, and 3) a beyond satisfactory Salmon Caesar salad…I know that dressing is produced somewhere for restaurants in barrels, but you need to tell me where I can get it in California…
