Exciting news (for me, anyway). We have been missing having California Shabu Shabu so close during the redevelopment of the retail center at Brookhurst and Garfield in FV and have been awaiting their return. While driving by last night, I saw a sign for Kitikata Ramen Ban Nai in that center. It will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

With all these expansions, there is still a long ass wait. Hopefully this puts a dent in the lines!

Parking won’t be an issue here, but who knows on the lines. I’m hopeful that the trend for quality tenants continues.
