I’m trying to throw my wife a 50th birthday party on a Saturday afternoon for between 40-70 people (on a rolling basis) and am struggling to find a venue. Here are my parameters: (1) full bar, (2) decent food, (3) outdoor space, (4) downtown or eastside.
Most breweries (e.g., Golden Road) unsurprisingly just offer beer/wine, not a full bar. My wife doesn’t love ERB’s food. Salazar requires a full restaurant buyout at $15k minimum.
Any ideas?

Great suggestion, thanks! Those hours actually work for me. They quoted me a price that’s a bit higher than I wanted to spend (around $6k). But that’s more reasonable than the other prices I’ve been quoted so far…
God I wonder if you can just roll in and out, not even rent the space, and just like welcome folks in, it never seems too crowded. 6k include booze?

The $6k includes a minimum food/beverage buy of $5500, plus “event fee,” taxes and gratuity. So probably significantly more than $6k. In their defense, Salazar quoted me $15k…
