Consider also Chez L’Ami Jean, Septime, Le Chateaubriand, Dersou, and Pilgrim (the newest restaurant from Neige d’Ete chef Hideki Nishi).
If you likes the wines, then spend some time doing tastings at La Cave at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann…
Also, don’t forget to check out John Talbott (bless that man). He provides crucial boots-on-les-champs intel about the latest and greatest in the City of Light.
La Table du 11, or Nuance
Considering Septime, but heard reservations are difficult to book and Amex concierge says they can’t do it.
Septime is not that difficult.
I think online reservations are made about 30 days ahead, so if you remember to make it exactly 30 days before you should have no trouble. Check their website.
I also like L’ami Jean and Le Chateaubriand. Consider Pages restaurant as well.
He is honestly one of my heros.
