Bianco’s was very good. LA has some great pizza though so i don’t think it will stand out as much. I do have to say that that onion on the pizza with the sausage was incredible -no lie. It must have been roasted whole in the pizza oven, you could really taste the smoke, cooled sliced thick and put on there. I loved it.
The BBQ also used pecan wood I had the brisket that was excellent a mix of fatty and lean. My brother got the chicken breast which was perfect as well moist, not dry and great smokiness really fantastic. They have tons of outdoor space to eat as well.
The Fancier place Hidden house has a great cocktail program, my Ramos gin fizz was perfect and i got to taste someone’s Last Word cocktail that was super as well. The food was more like early ought’s fusion lol but it wasn’t bad i thought the foie mousse was very good.

The desert museum was really wonderful I didn’t really put it in for the food (but it wasn’t bad -reservation recommended for the restaurant) if you go, go early and avoid the crowds.

No, I was mostly out there for a baptism, so i didn’t get to do everything on the list but it really is an easy flight out of Bob Hope.
