Went to our fave Mexican/Margarita place yesterday for a Mother’s Day bowl of menudo.
Sitting beside us at the bar were a couple of regulars. They’re ‘friends of the house’ and had asked for a surprise meal…and the wife loves salmon. They got a bone-in ribeye, THREE lobster tails, big shrimp and a healthy portion of fish. Along with sides. I’ve voted for this for my birthday lunch next month. Perhaps after a helicopter tour of Lake Tahoe!
