In the mood for a fancy burger this afternoon in SoHo. A little googling landed me at Raoul’s. LaFrieda sourced patty, challah bun, watercress, cornichons, sliced onions, St Andre cheese and doused with a creamy au poivre sauce.
Overall a very good burger. I did find the the sauce a bit too salty. However I thought the burger and challah bun were excellent. Next time I’ll request the sauce exclusively on the side.
Apparently they used to serve only 12 burgers a day.
