I’m not sure I would say Republique is opening up a stall at GCM. The party chef and owner is opening up a Filipino food stall at GCM. I’m sure it will be good but certainly different than what you’d find at Republique.

That’s certainly more clarifying than the Instagram posts. Filipino food tends to be rustic, and a bit heavy. It will be interesting to see what happens here.
