I’ve posted about this before but it wound up with discussion of canned corned beef hash… which I just can’t get cotton up to. Trader Joe’s used to sell a shelf-stable Roast Beef hash from Brazil that was (IMHO) insanely good. It didn’t suffer from the wetness I find difficult to deal with in every brand of the corned beef stuff I’ve tried.
I’m posting a pic of the TJs product I found on line in the hope that someone might know about a similar product I might be able to check out.
