It’s funny how most of them involve big hunks of meat, but Tom Colocchio’s restaurant has a secret vegan menu. Love him.

And the lobster Milanese sounds so rich as to be inedible.

It’s just so “Vegas.” Little that’s subtle.

They have the best fries I’ve ever had- same potatoes as In N Out, but cooked properly.

The waiters at Carbone now push the meatballs on customers. LOL I was just at Carbone yesterday and was offered the meatballs by the bartender. Last three times I have been there they have offered the meatballs.

Duck fat fries were given for free at Stripsteak a while ago, gratis to all tables.

The angus 300 used to be on the menu not too long ago.

Not sure high rollers menu is the correct wording for these items.

I know but there is still a lot of folks that when I tell them they are so happy that I shared the info and were so impressed of my little tidbit that I truly believe my gift allowance has gone up because of it…:tongue:
