Ooh interesting. My taste has changed a fair bit since the Dialogue days, but I loved that place when it was open. Excited to see what this new spot is all about.

That’s about 2 blocks from Pasjoli. Pretty ideal scenario for both restaurants, if you ask me.

Original article says end of summer, seems unlikely when they are just breaking ground. Seems so damn hard to open a restaurant in the LA-area. 
A restaurant opening in the space of a former restaurant faces a lot fewer challenges than one opening in a space that was something else.

I did the Pasjoli prix fixe over a month ago, and it was whispered from the barkeep that Seline might open towards the end of 2024…

They are opening December 3rd. Reservations go live tomorrow, 11/15. Can’t wait to go!

They did some test runs at pasjoli. Not the full menu but sections of it. It was very mushroom forward and delicious. They also had a sesame butterfinger dessert that was unbelievable.
