Smoked Trout and Beet Salad With Pink Caviar

Made this for the second time last night. It’s terrific and a good example of why I’m a recipe follower. On my own I’d never figure out how to put all those flavors and textures together. I got the trout (tinned) at WF for IIRC $6. My photo isn’t as pretty as theirs :slight_smile:
