Suan cai yu (酸菜鱼) anywhere around here?

Sour pickle fish fillet on this menu sounds right, but the Chinese characters are different.

It’s the same dish. The 老澶 in front just means “The Old Man’s” (sour pickle fish fillet)…

(and the Sichuan Style menu uses traditional Chinese characters, while the Omnivore Cookbook uses commie simplified Chinese.
