When I inquired last year, reservations were 9+ months in advance and priority given to existing clientele. Saito along with many others trained at Sushi Kanesaka if you are specifically seeking this sushi style.
Thanks for the insight, we likely should be able to get a reservation as its further away and know some people who have connections to the restaurant.
But was just wondering about the food and if anyone had any other recommendations.
