I can’t think of a better takeout chirashi now (especially for the price), it’s simply that good. Sushi Sho Waikiki is a masterclass and a polished destination for anyone who wants to try unique but technical sushi.
Enjoy the chirashi on a balcony, look at the ocean, and sip a beer between bites while losing count of the variety of ingredients. I’m sure some can think of some sensational super sexy sake or wine pairings, but it’s just so easy to relax and crush a local beer hawaii style
