This stuff is in pretty much every supermarket’s baking supplies aisle, typically a 14-oz. bag of Baker’s Angel Flake for under $3.
Online / delivery / contactless pickup, none of my regular places have it or it’s way overpriced.
Anybody have a good source or a proven recipe for making it yourself from unsweetened shredded coconut?
Note that flakes are a different thing, don’t have the same texture.
