The prawn with egg yolk is very good. As is the fried corn with salted duck yolk.

Everything else, I can sort of pass on.

Will check out the prawn and corn dish next time. Any other Szechuan restaurants you recommend in the city?

One of the best dishes I’ve had this year. Braised Fish Maw with Green Peppers. Thinly sliced fish maw (texture is like chicken gizzard) braised with white beech mushrooms in a light gravy loaded with spicy green peppers and Szechuan pepper corns. Delicious!
