tacos here are very very good. particularly:
- the asada on flour tortilla - outstanding smoke and flavor (presumably they grill over mesquite or oak). entirely competitive with the LA mainstays in terms of smoke e.g. tireshop, quality of flour tortilla is slightly below the best in LA (e.g. chikali), but still very high.
- the barbacoa - not traditional, also has a touch of smoke, but outstanding flavor.
the pastor i found passable but not terribly notable, birria was better, but also not terribly notable. still need to try the rest of the proteins.
