Thanks. Is that the french style - poulet au vinaigre - or something else like fried chicken that’s been marinated in vinegar?
Not familiar with poulet au vinaigre but this dish reads pretty french to me so it might be that. It’s half a Mary’s chicken roasted and covered with french fries. The chicken drippings + vinegar comprise the sauce. I typically don’t order chicken at restaurants since I find it to be bland, but this is one of the dishes for which I make an exception.

The single malt scotches and whiskey, esp. the Glen Mhor 1960 (on their special reserve list).
Alas, I’m not a single malt guy - really put off by the taste of wood, peat and all the fumes. Yes, I’m a philistine. Vastly prefer cognac or armagnac when drinking “fumey” drinks.
I love the Pikey. Great bar.
As for food, their cheeseburger is great, as is their potted chicken liver. Make sure you try the hot sauce they have.
