6th St. missed me, and did not disappoint. Where better to stop on the way to the Symphony Hall after several days of family visiting and spending way too much than a stop at Tu Lan. It has been quite a while since the last visit, and so we ordered the usual suspects. Imperial Rolls - nice and hot for a change, and oh so good. For those unfamiliar with the rolls at this dive, I’ve never had anything even close. Lemon Beef salad. This is really a great salad. No more Banh Xeo on the menu, so we just got a grilled pork dish. More than enough food.
Tasty, quick, cheap, and after once upon a time trying the wine, we drank water and stopped at a bar along our route to the show.
