I do not apologize for contending that a restaurant that serves airplane quality vegetables, cheap convenience store condiments, canned black olives, gritty defrosted whitefish, factory cheese, and the worst bagels I’ve had in LA is objectively mediocre.

I personally don’t care if you review dishes or restaurants or both, but when you externalize blame or post stuff that’s directly contradictory to other stuff that you post in the same thread, it comes off as… disingenuous.
