How is an “air fryer” different from a convection oven?
Here’s a good article comparing the two.
I have a convection feature on my toaster oven, but only use it for things like reheating pizza. Things that be better fried (fries, nuggets, wings, etc) get done in the air fryer because they come out closer to a fried taste and texture compared to the convection oven.
